Job Responsibilities:

As a Support Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for Internet, Cable TV, and Broadband services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting connectivity and device issues.
  • Handling billing inquiries, payment assistance, and account information updates.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on building long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience.
  • Knowledge of Internet and Cable TV services is a plus.
